We have been searching for years for a high end flexible filet knife, and I didn’t think they existed, until I met Lief Riviera with Dokter Edge. Only 10g of high end Swedish Razor steel double heat treated, for a flexible and razor sharp knife, and well if you want to stand out from your fishing buddies, the handles speak for themselves. Doktor Edges Burl collection is second to none. This guy is passionate about his work and it shows. One sold as soon as I unpacked them, obviously to myself!
